Response times and scope
Support requests are reviewed daily. R6 Cheats support covers delivery, billing, setup, and maintenance — not in-game coaching or account recovery for Ubisoft bans.
Account and game policy questions belong with Ubisoft. We can help with license delivery and product configuration only.
